Zombieland 2 Will be More Scary in 3D

After the success that recorded first comedy Zombieland, a sequel was somehow inevitable. To win more money again, Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese writers have already begun to come up with new ideas. Writers have already announced that the sequel will be in 3D and have several ideas in mind for the scenario. Zombieland 2 release date could be as we know at this time somewhere in 2013.



For a quick recap, Zombieland is a comedy film that revolves around a surviving group from the zombie apocalypse. Together, they embark on a long journey to find a place that is free of zombies. The strain that caused the condition is a mutated strain of mad cow disease that swept humanity within just two months after its outbreak.

Columbia Pictures has a good treat for you: Zombieland 2 will hit the theaters on 2013. Well that wouldn’t be so surprising after the movie received critical acclaim, not to mention its box office success. If you are a Zombieland fan, you might have seen it coming and you might actually have been waiting for Part 2 to come. According to writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, they are planning for a sequel with a lot of new ideas to explore. Of course, everybody in the team welcomed the idea of a part two, so expect that the crew will be surely having fun like you will.

The writers are very private about the plot details for the second Zombieland movie. At present, they are too involved with other projects so they are not planning to do their writeups very soon. Most probably, you will see the sequel in 3D. Director Ruben Fleischer is excited to film the zombie comedy flick in 3D. And speaking of director Fleischer’s return, you will also see the original cast too. Abigail Breslin, Emma Stone, Woody Harrison, and Jesse Eisenberg will certainly return.

"We want to write the script with 3D in mind. We have vision and want to flirt a little with technology. We want to do everything so that you may have to check popcorn, to see if maybe it's stained with blood. Will be a lot of blood everywhere. "

As the protagonists of Zombieland 2, they plan to bring new characters to join the gang and should not be excluded Tallahassee, played by Woody Harrelson to have a girlfriend. Hopefully, she will be crazy about Twinkies.
